Welcome to Villa Orthodontics! I’m Claire and I’m looking forward to getting to know you. It will be fun to learn who you are, hear your stories, and be part of your life at this exciting time. Our patients brighten my day; hopefully, I do them same for them, and for you! This is a wonderful office and I know you’ll enjoy every visit as you develop your best smile! I set up the treatment areas and keep everything sterilized and ready to go. I’ll seat you, assist Dr. Villa with your procedure or adjustment, and make sure you’re comfortable while in the chair. Outside of work, my family keeps me busy. I am recently married and we have a blended family with four beautiful children and are expecting twins this fall! We love to be adventurous and treasure our time together. Personally, my favorite places are the beach, the Rappahannock River, and the mountains.

Hi and welcome! I’m Harriet and I look forward to getting to know you. I enjoy my friendships with patients and families, and love knowing I help with creating a beautiful smile! Dr. Villa is simply the best orthodontist: He cares for his patients, and our team, like family, and we feel the same! I work hard to ensure our clinic operations run smoothly. In addition to assisting Dr. Villa with patient care, I take diagnostic images, offer patient education, and handle our inventory. I also help with scheduling and answering phones, too. When I’m not working, I treasure time with my husband of more than 20 years and my cat. My husband and I have two adult sons: the oldest graduated from VMI and is a first lieutenant in the Army, the youngest is in college at VCU, and I love being involved in their lives. I also enjoy hanging out with my friends and crocheting.

Hi and welcome to Villa Orthodontics! I’m Jean and I’ll be the first smiling person you see when you walk through our doors. I like helping patients feel welcome and comfortable with their journey to a beautiful smile, and I know you’ll enjoy your treatment. Our office is filled with laughter and smiles, and you’ll always feel at home here! I work at the front desk, where I’ll help you schedule appointments, answer your phone calls, and post your payments. I’m here to answer questions, update paperwork, and always have time to hear your latest news! When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors. I like hiking, bonfires, and concerts. I love my big family, last of four kids and I’m an identical twin! I am happily married with two beautiful step children and a proud aunt to two nephews and a niece.

Hi, I’m Kimm and I am looking forward to meeting you! Orthodontics really changes your life so I am happy you’re considering treatment. We have a very knowledgeable doctor and a family oriented team at Villa Orthodontics. We’re all passionate about giving you a great experience while we go on this smile journey with you! I am originally from North Carolina and have lived in Richmond for over 13 years. I have worked in Business and Financial Management for more than 21 years. I help Dr. Villa with new patient exams and will be more than happy to work with you on the financial end of treatment. I enjoy meeting new patients and advocating to help them manage their accounts. We’ll go over your insurance, find payment terms that fit your budget, and get everything set up so you have no worries during treatment. I also handle marketing and office management for the practice. I share my life with my 3 wonderful adult children and my amazing grandson! I also have a dog named Solo that I love beyond measure. Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, painting, puzzles, and true crime everything. I’m excited to welcome you to our practice!
